Our company offers educational materials for individuals interested in starting their own etiquette consulting businesses, corporate trainers, and teaching professionals that would like to incorporate etiquette training into their classroom curriculum.        Sue Fox, Founder and President

Sue Fox has provided products, group training and private consultations to business professionals, celebrities, corporations, and educational institutions since 1994. Previously, she was employed in the hi-tech industry, with ten years experience in sales & marketing at Apple Computer, Inc. She has traveled extensively and is well acquainted with Asian and African cultures. She has an additional background in image consulting, make-up artistry with 20 years of fashion modeling experience in television and print.


Ms. Fox is the author of Etiquette For Dummies and Business Etiquette For Dummies, published by Wiley & Sons, Inc. She is the Executive Producer of The Etiquette Survival Kit, a 1998 series of educational videos featuring Dining & Social Etiquette and proper table settings for adults and teens.


Ms. Fox continually updates her business and social etiquette programs to reflect a changing society and the need to foster diplomacy, civility and self-respect. She has helped establish numerous 'Etiquette Survival' consultants across the county, Canada, Australia, India, Puerto Rico, Japan, Singapore, and Malaysia.

Sue Fox is currently the Etiquette Spokesperson for McNeil Consumer & Specialty Pharmaceuticals / Tylenol Sinus Severe Congestion.

She resides in Los Gatos, California and is the mother of two grown sons.

       Sharon Gillenwater, Sales & Marketing Director
      
Sharon is a communications expert, with a background in journalism, marketing communications, market research and international business. She has worked as a freelance writer and editor for publications such as San Diego Magazine, Fodor's Travel Guides, Access Travel Publications, Los Angeles Magazine and Copley News Service. As Director of Marketing Communications at International Communications, one of the top five globalization services companies in the world, she worked with clients such as L.L. Bean, Continental Airlines, Victoria's Secret and Hyatt International. In 1999, she founded Fidget, Inc., an online publisher of more than 50 weekly email newsletters. Most recently, she has worked as a copywriter and marketing consultant to clients such as Epson, Ernst & Young, Pogo.com, Quality Institute International and Etiquette Survival. She has B.A.s in communications and sociology from the University of California, San Diego and a Master's degree from UCSD's School of International Relations and Pacific Studies.

Sharon oversees the sales and marketing direction of Etiquette Survival, while providing a full-spectrum of marketing services focusing on market research and strategy, target identification, message development, campaign planning and public relations. Sharon@fidget.com


 

       Desiree Phillips, Trainer / Consultant
      
Desiree Phillips, model, actress and dancer, both in the United States and Europe has been leading modeling and self-esteem workshops for over fifteen years. Her unique talent combined with her belief that a strong sense of self-acceptance and self-awareness is crucial to one's growth and achievements -provides workshops that empower individuals of all ages. Her goal is to help students discover the world of fashion, make up, and modeling while learning the value of inner beauty, as well as educating students on the realities of modeling and the red flags to be aware of. Desiree's workshops encourage creative self expression and teaches interpersonal skills as a positive way to problem solve and reach one's individual and professional goals.        Stephanie Haynes, Writer / Editor
       Etiquette Survival - Los Gatos, California

Stephanie Haynes is a veteran high school teacher of English. She received her bachelor's degree in English and her single subject teaching credential from California State University at Chico where she graduated with honors in 1991. Stephanie has taught a variety of courses including Creative Writing, American Literature, British Literature, Public Speaking, Debate, English, Composition and Grammar. For the past 3 years she has been the lead English teacher for her school's Health Careers Partnership Academy as well as the English department chairperson. Stephanie is currently a writer and consultant with Etiquette Survival, she is pursuing a career in writing and editing various educational curriculum, manuals, books, and publications. She is also a full-time mother for her two children Taylor (age 4) and Christopher (age 4 months).

      

       Cheryl Dandridge, Trainer
      
Global Diversity Consulting

Cheryl was born in South Africa and raised in Rhodesia and Zimbabwe. She came from an old South African family on her mother's side. While living in South Africa, Cheryl worked many years in public relations for the antiapartheid movement. She has published film reviews as a journalist and filmmaker and most recently worked on an international video fiction piece. Cheryl has a B.A. in literature, and an M.A. in English and French African literature and film. She studied film critical studies and animation at UCLA. Along with conducting etiquette and international protocol seminars, she plans to teach nonwestern filming in higher education. Cheryl's education, work experience, world travels, and a varied life have convinced her of the importance of civility in our day-to-day lives as well as our work lives. She's grown up practicing much of what she teaches.

 

       Ranjini Manian, Founder & Director
       Global Adjustments - Chennai, India

Ranjini Manian is a multicultural expert. She was educated at Elphinstone College in Bombay and at the Sorbonne in Paris. She speaks English, French, Japanese, Spanish and several Indian languages. As winner of an Outstanding Student of Japanese Award, she went to live and train in Japan in 1991. Her keen interest in travel took her on extensive trips abroad. She is an expert at sharing her love of her culture with newcomers to India.

Etiquette Survival and Global Adjustments are working together on products and programs to create a better understanding of people in diverse business environments by emphasizing the importance of language, respect, formality, diplomacy, and personal presentation in every aspect of  life.
